Influencing others can be viewed as malicious, wicked, or as though you’re trying to take advantage of somebody. But it can also be viewed as a sense of encouragement for others to do what they actually want to do. This quote tags along with last weeks post on Delegation. When delegating something to a co-worker or friend, follow Dale Carnegie’s advice here.
